I have a areas on my leg and hand that become severly dried out and eventually crack and bleed and itch profusely. these sores stay in the same place for very long periods of time and than move to another area. I have been told that it is excima and or psoriasis, and have been treated for such. the treatment only works for a very short time and never clears it up. I have also been told that it is caused by my nerves. i am at my wits end . Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
