Husbands heath problems

I don,t know if you received this before. My husband is having upset stomach, dizziness and a mettalic taste in his mouth. Also severe headaches but we figured it was from a whip lash he suffered in 1997. Although he has them every day very severe. Could any of this mean anything wrong? He also has trouble breathing at times. Thank you Theresa Cross
