i m years old suffuring from chronic headaches occuring

i'm 16 years old suffuring from chronic headaches occuring everyday, back neck and muscle soreness and extreme fatigue. My doctor recently told me i was anemic and that i have a cyst on my thyroid. They have yet to tell me what my treatment will be although i am taking over 300 mg of iron pills. Will i be taking these for the rest of my life? What is causing my everyday headaches & migraines and my extreme fatigue and muscle soreness? What does this cyst on my thyroid mean? Please help.
