I am a 25 y/o with a history of migraine headaches and one ectopic pregnancy (two years ago to be exact). Right now I am six days late of my cycle, I have been feeling extremely tired and sleepy nauseous and having headaches off and on for a week now... I went to the ER today so that I can at least be prescribed more Imitrex for my H/A. They also took a pregnancy test and it came back Neg. the doc/nurse said I was late on my cycle because Feb was a short month. That sounded bogus to me! I didnt understand it because my cycles are usually 27 to 28 days long and my calculations still show me at 32 days right now since LMP. When my vital signs were being taken, I was told I had a fever also... They never mentioned anything about it again, just prescribed me meds (Imitrex) and said well usually you would take a pregnancy test two weeks after missed period. Now, I am not a doctor here but really how much sense does that make?
