I am having headaches and intermittent dizziness. Dizziness occurs when I make rapid body position changes; laying to sitting, sitting to standing, standing to laying down, etc. They only last a second or two. Sometimes it is a pretty good " spin". Just like you just got off a merry go round. Headaches

These are red flags for dehydration, or low blood pressure. Try beefing up your water intake. You might want half of that to be gatorade for a few days as well. Add a bit of salt to your food for a few days too. This should all increase your blood volume and help your symptoms.

Reply to Kerry's Post: Can't be dehydration, I drink a lot of water. I did have ACL surgery 11 days ago. However that doctor office said this is not related (called them Friday). My blood pressure was normal when I had the surgery, and on my follow up visit three days ago (Thursday). This started four days ago.

Here is another clue. I just went to the bathroom, had to push a bit while sitting down. Really got a spin out of that.

Should I go to an urgency care today, or wait till Monday and see my regular doc.?
