I am 40 yr old female. I am experiencing tingling in left face, head, neck, elbow, knee. Tired, anxious. Wake up with headaches sometimes. Tight chest and can't get deep breath's sometimes. Hard time concentrating and get dizzy sometimes. Sometimes wake up and face and lips feel stiff. What are your suggestions?
