I have severe headaches located above my left eye everyday ...

I have severe headaches located above my left eye everyday no matter what. I take over the counter migraine medicine but it only dulls the pain. This has been going on for a month or more. I starting to worry that it can be something more serious. The headache comes on sudden and stays eventually just dulling away.

OK, thank you for the reply. From the information you have given, it does sound like you may have what's known as cluster headaches. The pain is usually behind or around one eye and can be very severe.
