i have been having severe headaches. everytime i stand it ...

i have been having severe headaches. everytime i stand it just gets worse and this throbbing pain shoots through my head. i lay down and it seems to be better until i stand back up. and also when i talk loudly or cry it hurts soooo bad. so my question is what should i do?
