I am having splitting headaches and urinating every 20 minutes.

The headache is like lightening going across my head from back of head to front. At one point - I couldn't see or think.

when it's striking some vision problem. No nausea,no vomiting, no dizziness.
Never had this kind of a headache before.

I have realized I am breathing very shallow. That might explain things.

Hello,

I believe that you are suffering from Migraine headaches. These headaches are localised on one side of the head , have a throbbing or sharp character and are frequently accompanied by certain symptoms known as 'aura. these include vision problems.

 

Breathing shallow means that your brains is getting less oxygen - another reason for the increase in intensity of your headache.

You will need to consult a neurologist for a proper diagnosis.
