Some men and women get terrible headaches prior to or after having an orgasm. The most common reason is due to blood pressure. Where there is a quick up and/or down fluctuating. There are two different types of medication--beta-blockers and calcium channel blockers--These can help prevent these types of headaches. Since you will need a prescription for either one of these drugs, you should talk to your doctor about this.
