Twenty years ago I was diagnosed with Lupus, but soon it went in remission. Recently I have had Cranial Seventh and Sixth Nerve Palsy condition causing severe headaches, Bells Palsy, and Double Vision in the left eye. Just concluded complete blood test report provides POSITIVE ANA Screen EIA W/REFL with ANTINUCLEAR ANTIBODIES LEVELS AT 1:1280 TITER.

I want to know (1) why my ANA levels so high, and (2) whether my Lupus condition has resurfaced.

I have an appointment with Rhematologist in couple days, but any help from you will be very much appreciated.
