MY SYMPTOMS: always chilled, low body temp, headaches, insomnia, very dry skin, puffy eyes, hair falling out, brittle nails, joints ache, constipated, ringing in my ears, uncontrollabel weight gain

There are many possibilities. You should see a doctor for evaluations. One of the possibilities is hypothyroidism. You can have a blood test for sure.
