what does a cloudy x-ray of a lung mean

i saw an x-ray of a lung and it had a cloudyness to about 3/4 of it. this person had conjestive heart failure about a year ago. what could this be?

Hi

Cloudiness on the lung revealed on x-ray could mean a lot of things. It could be CHF is still present. It could also mean fibrosis, or scarring.

The best person to ask would be the radiologist who reads the x-ray. Then more diagnostics as ordered.
