I can feel my heart beat all day it seems, like it is weak ...

I can feel my heart beat all day it seems, like it is weak or doesnt have enough force for the next beat. I have been to the doctors, and all says I am okay. Could this be a weak heart causing these symtoms, or am I crazy?
