I am a 315 pound 45 year old male with excellent heart condition 137 over 187 blood pressure. I have a sleepind disorder and my right foot is swallon and my leg seems to be what is wrong?

NOthing yet. I have taken pain relievers. Seen local physician. Who perscribes pain relievers but don't seem to be working. Releives pain but not eliminating the problem.
