What is the new infectious disease called that has the symtoms of huge blistering boiles occuring continously all over the body? My brother, a waterman of the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, has had this problem for almost 2 years and we are so fustrated that no one can seem to treat it. He has had them on the back of his leg that kept him in the hospital for @ 8-10 days. And he continues to get them mostly on his face neck and back! Our local Fox 5 had a report on this "new" infectionus disease with the abbrevations of "M.E.S..." or something. I, and my family, am very worried about my brother. We need answers to help him. Plus he has no insurance. Please help with any information. Any suggestions?

What creams and shampoos? Use them all of the time? Which antibiotics? He gets them horrible on his face and neck. He is such a hard working sweetie and he is so embarrassed by his sometimes beastly looking apperance. He tries to cover the embarrassing boils with sunglasses and bandages! There has got to be something more to do or someone special to see! We live in Calvert County, MD. I would personally drag him to DC, Baltmore or anywhere he should go. He's a 41year old, father of 3, with a huge heart for us his family and his children. His wife is horrible to him in general, now more so with how discusting she tells him that he is - and he deserves to be loved. He's considered leaving her but can not bare to part with his children. He made the comment "Who would ever want me?" and pointed to the constant reoccuring "growths" on his face! He has no self esteem any more and I'm sure he's afraid of his small children picking up this embarrassing problem. He has the unconditional love and support of us, his family, just none sadly from his wife that he has to live with everyday reminding him of how nasty he is to her. He doesn't make much money but he's a good ol' hard working country boy waterman. He needs...we need HELP. It saddens us, as his family that nothing can be done. It seems there is no cure for this anoying "organism"!? Any more advise to help us bring happiness to my lovable brother's life?
