My chest hurts, not like a heart attack....my friend said ...

My chest hurts, not like a heart attack....my friend said it sounds like pleuricy....lungs don't hurt but in that area..just painful, both front and back..If this is that, is there any meds to take or does it just disappear. Advil was helping the pain, but have broken out in a rash on breast I think from Advil.

thank you....I had a pneumonia shot and have had it...don't think that...thought there was nothing antibiotics could do for pleurisy...thank you..will go to Dr if there is a remedy
