I have been having continuous heart palpitations ...

I have been having continuous heart palpitations and a feeling of a fast hard heart beat that I have never had previously. It has been this way every since I had a nissen fundoplacation last November 2005. It seems to be getting worse when I eat and early in the morning. My doctors all say this is in my head and there is nothing wrong. None of them will agree to do any testing either. One final symptom I have had for about 1 1/2 years is severe leg pain. Sometimes you can pinpoint a spot and other times it hurts to touch my skin. Any thoughts?
