I am feeling really weird starting yesterday...I went to work last nite. When I got their I began feeling really anxious,dizzy, chills, a weird feeling in my head, like pressure, and numbness in hands and arms, and difficulty breathing. Sweaty palms. ALso I just recently quit drinking "cold turkey". SO should I go to the ER.
