I am a young teenage female.
I have fairly recently started feeling a double heart beat. I can feel it in my chest and it doesn’t exactly hurt but causes great discomfort. This has happened about 6-7 times since I first realized it. Accompanying this I have been feeling an increased heart beet. I have a normal heart rate of about 95-96 beats per minute. I recorded it one time when I was feeling an increase it went to 105 beats per minute and that was when I could feel it start to slow down again, at first I did not think to monitor it. That has been the only time so far I have measured it. I can feel it increase in my throat. It feels almost as if it is starting to close up, and I cough slightly. This has happened about 3-4 times within about 6 months.   Is this something to be worried about?
