My Mother died february 17th, after heart surgery, she came through the surgery just fine and about a week later, was rushed back to the hospital with no registering blood pressure, when the doctors finally got a blood pressure,they did a EKG and said she had another light heart attack.She complained of alot of gas on her stomach and couldn't have a bowel movement,she had a MRI ran and they found a blockage in the intestines, the day of the surgery she was only in about 20 minutes and the surgeon came out and said both intestines were dead. blood clots hit both of them, and there was nothing that could be done. I had her on life support for 3 days and they said I needed to let her go.I want to know if there was anything that could have saved her life, or when both intestines are dead there is nothing that can be done. Thank you
