You should be evaluated by a physician as soon as possible. The symptoms that you describe, of chest pain constantly over the past three days, could be due to any number of heart, lung, or vascular problems. While you state that it is not a heart attack, you don't mention that you actually visited either a physician or an emergency department to have this ruled out. Heart injury can lead to these symptoms, as can lung injury (due to infection or other problems), and problems with the aorta, and there are other possibilities as well.
Much of what could be involved can be treated, if caught early enough, so you should go immediately to either an emergency department or to see a physician to have this worked up. They will be able to do a thorough exam, labwork, and any other tests necessary in order to peg down what is the cause here.
So do not hesitate. Better safe than sorry.
I hope that I have been of some help. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any further questions. Take care
