I have severe pain in my entire right arm. Shortness of breathe and my chest hurts right in the middle, along that bone. I have went to the ER twice in 5 days because of the pain. They give me pain pills and think it is a pinched nerve. Do those symptoms descibe that?

Were any xrays taken? Blood tests? If it's a pinched nerve it can be very painful as there is an upper sciatic nerve that when impinged upon travels down your arm.

My concern here is if you were tested. Chest pain requires evaluation to rule out a heart problem as women present very different symptoms sometimes than men.
