Hi, about 12 hours ago my friend fell on me and I landed on a couch in a seated position with him ontop of me. After the incident I have been experiencing a pain when taking deep breathes or yawning in what I beleive is my sternum. I have felt pain like this before but it usually disapated in a few minutes, its been close to 12 hours.. what should I do.
