I have had right upper quadrant pain since the removal of my galbladder 2 yrs ago. I have gained 10 lbs in the last 2 months and saw and endocrynologist for increased serum and urine free cortisol. I have fatigue, feel weak, acne, dry skin, back and stomach pain, swelling of face, hands and feet, palor, low grade fever, tender axila and under the jaw, night sweats for about 2 yrs, infertility and extreme heart burn. The endocryinologist repeated a urine free cortisol and said I do not have cushings because the second test was normal. My liver enzymes, triglicerides, glucose, cortisol and WBCs have been elevated. CT of abdomen and Endoscopy were negative for the right upper quadrant pain. I dont know what else to look for.
