Hi I am a 38 year old with a history of HTN, and Bipolar disorder. Recently I have also
been diagnosed with PVD   In the past month or so I have noticed that when I am really stressed at work my heart rate shoots up to the 140-s-150's BP is always normal So Do you think the tachycardia is related to the medical problems I have or to the anxiety I have related to the Bipolar disorder???

This sounds like it is more related to anxiety and possible panick attacks as added stress can bring on a panick attack which will cause your heart rate to speed up to a high rate but does allow for your BP to stay within the normal limits. I think this is more related to the anxiety in relation to your bi-polar disorder and if your physician does not have you on an anti-anxiety medication you should discuss this with them as there are many great medications that can help to lessen the amount and duration of anxiety attacks.
