I would not mix two diet pills due to the risks of increasing blood pressure, heart rate etc.
If either pill is not working for you then we could discuss your diet and see where we could make some changes to help with weigt loss.
A simple summary to weight loss, is Eat Less, Move more so cutting calories to about 1200 to 1500 daily and 30mins exercise each day should see a weight loss of 2 pounds per week.
