What negative effects do cokacola have on the human body?

Why is coca cola bad for you? Is it the sugar or the acid in coca cola that have negative effects of the body?

Some of the research I have done states that Coca-Cola can cause and may be linked to:
Osteoporosis
Tooth Decay,
Obesity,
Fetal brain developement,
Decreases the effect of Penicillin,
Increased risk of high blood pressure,
Increased risk of colo-rectal cancer,
Increased risk of heart disease,
Etc.
The sugar, salt, phosphorus(phosphates), and the caffeine levels in Coca-Cola have been studied and it appears that these negative illnesses come from such high levels of these.
While this subject is very controversial, I don't believe anything has been officially proven. Here are some links about this:
