I am 21 years old and just went on an 8 mile run. I usually run 3-4 miles 3x a week and am approx. 120 lbs. I smoke cigarettes on occasion, and had several this past weekend. After my run I began feeling tight in the chest and am feeling a bit nauseous and light headed. After reading recently about heart attack symptoms in females I have become a little concerned. Did I just overexert myself or could this be heart attack symptoms?
