Normal respiration is assessed for: regularity in rate and rhythm as well as depth. Rates may vary from 20+ or drop below 10. Assessment will reveal irregular rhythm and shallow depth.

Weight would affect the amount of the meth chemical considered toxic, and the vital signs of underweight, undernourished users may fluctuate more dramatically.
