ACCEPTED Check Mark

My research indicates that flushing the eyes is appropriate first aid for Freon contamination. However, since there are different types (and presumably different concentrations) of freon -- I strongly advise you to called poison control at 1-800-222-1222 -- Just to cover all the bases.

Freon can cause respiratory and heart problems, if inhaled -- so if there is any chance of inhalation having taken place, a trip to the ER would certainly be warranted -- just to be on the safe side.

Good Luck!
