hello. My eyelids are swelling, my hands are itchy, turning ...

hello. My eyelids are swelling, my hands are itchy, turning red and at times they are swelling to where I can't use them. It is hard for me to swallow and I have a deep pain in my chest (not a heart attack) but like a bubble.    Do you know what could be causing this?
