Hello Harry,
I would suggest making an appointment with your doctor for an exam as you may need a diuretic (water pill).
In the mean time, reduce the amount of sodium (salt) in all your foods, read the labels to determine if the product has a high sodium level.
You can also elevate your feet, higher than your heart as much as possible.
You may need to consult with a cardiologist if your swollen feet could be related to a heart problems. When a heart is damaged, it has trouble pumping blood effectively and efficiently, causing bodily fluids to pool in the feet. Heart-muscle-strengthening drugs can help reduce swelling in the feet.
Proper nutrition and daily exercise improve the health of your cardiovascular system and your circulation, helping to reduce the tendency of your feet to swell.
If you have further questions, please let me know.
