My husband is 74 years old. He is diabetic and has heart problems. He has been told that he is anemic but they have never found a cause. He is now in the hospital. He takes Coumadin and evidently his blood was to thin. He has been given 6 units of blood in a one week period. Tuesday the doctors plan to do a scope-what could be the cause
of his problem. I know you can not make a diagnosis but this seems life threatening to me-am I correct?

Thank you
