everytime I laugh I cough and cough terrible plem

Whenever I laugh I cough plem. Is this a lung, heart or allergy problem?

I am just worried; my mom passed from lungs. I have had couple people say fluid around heart. I have had windows open/shut/problem home but very much when I am gone as well.
