Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy)-

Could you give me a bit more information? E.g., do you have any health problems? Are you currently taking any medication? How long has this been going on?

Thanks,
Emily

Thanks for the additional information.

When you say you're overweight - do you mean significantly overweight?

Thanks,
Emily

Thanks for the information.

First - if you are concerned, you should go to the hospital. There is no harm in going, particularly if you have health insurance. If you go to the ER, you will be thoroughly examined and ideally a diagnosis will be made.

Second - most likely what you are experiencing is due to your weight. This isn't bad news, per se, because weight is something that you can do about. You may be suffering from Pickwickian syndrome. For more information, click the following link.

If you have additional questions, feel free to ask!

Sincerely,
Emily
