I have a infection in my side causes by a razor cut while being shaved for a heart catherization. I have had it for two months and have went through 3 sets of antibotics it is still draining. could this be something else or what is my next step

3 sets of antibotics,special bandage 12hrs on 12hrs off

There is a possibility of collection of pus pocket deep inside so you should consult a surgeon to explore the wound and get an culture and sensitivity done to find out the micro-organism involved and to give appropriate antibiotic based on the culture and sensitivity report.
