I have not taken my WELLBUTRIN XL 300 for 5 days now and worried about the side effects. Last night I had shortness of breath and my heart feels tight. Is this a side effect? Should I have started slower if so how?

I am a little bit confused. Were you taking the Wellbutrin , then stopped?

Did you start taking the Wellbutrin at 300 mg? You didn't gradually build up to that dose? Where you on any other antidepressant before you started this one? Also are you taking and other medications? If you are what are the names of them?
