No chest pain. I feel tired and lightheaded. When I get up it feels like my heart speeds up.

I am sweating and I am in air conditioning. I have had trouble with edema the last few days.

Hello

Increased heart rate,Sweating,Fatigue,Heat Intolerance are all characteristics symptoms of hyperthyroidism.You should get your thyroid Hormones T3,T4 and TSH checked.
