Sometimes, but not all the time, perhaps once a month or even two. My heart aches, it almost feels like that a clot or some fatty tissues went through a vein in my heart but got blocked & took it's sweet time getting through, it really hurts, sometimes I can't move during that period of time because it hurts so much. Should I be concerned of this?

Coronary artery spasm or so called Prinzmetal 's Angina needs to be ruled out . I suggest to you to see a heart specialist.
