my son who is 29 years old is on drugs opiats and methadone he hasn't had any methadone in 4 days but is still using others he is very irrate and out of control my heart goes out to him but i can't handle anymore of this stuff we live in birmingham alabama we have tried other drug rehab places they kept him for 3 days to a week and that is the end of it, he has no help cause he has no insurrance and no job had a job but can't seem to keep them for more than a couple of weeks he is out of control i need to have him put some where he also talks all kinds of crazy things any help please

You need to call the police. Since he is acting irrationally, this is the safest thing for you and him. Please do this, it may save his life.

i already have they will hold him 12 hours and then he is out
