my son who is 29 years old is on drugs opiats and methadone he hasn't had any methadone in 4 days but is still using others he is very irrate and out of control my heart goes out to him but i can't handle anymore of this stuff we live in birmingham alabama we have tried other drug rehab places they kept him for 3 days to a week and that is the end of it, he has no help cause he has no insurrance and no job had a job but can't seem to keep them for more than a couple of weeks he is out of control i need to have him put some where he also talks all kinds of crazy things any help please
