Dear Sirs, I'm worred about my mom. She is 75 and has had congestive heart falture 9 years ago. Since her recovery she has developed many other problems since. Controblable dibetic with medication, that at times seam to cause other problems and her breathing is not well at all. She has been using an oxygen gentarater at nites for about 3 weeks now. Generally she is ok but at times not at all. She at times becomes very dizzy and seems faint at times. Right now her B/P is 89/44 pulse 88 breathing shallow and labored.
