Hi , I have uncontrolabe fear when my kids are not home, both boys, ages 11 and 17, if they are not home when I think they should be, I have panic attacks and start thinking the worst, for example, my 11 year old stayed the night with a friend who lives 5 houses down, his first timestaying with someone that was not a family member, I told the parents, hehad a doctors apt at 11 in the morning and we would get him around 10, well they were not home when I got there and did not get back until 11;30, I got so scared my heart started racing, my stomach got upset. I thought they kidnaped him or sent him home in the middle of the night and I didnot hear the door. but I was sick and crying until he was home.they just went out to eat and forgot about the apt. I do the same thing with my 17 year old son. what is wrong with me?
