You have hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar. You need to have some tests to determine if you are producing too much insulin.
You will have to go to the doctor. Eating sweets constantly will not help this go away - it can make it worse.
Until you go to the doctor, do the following things:
1. Eat 5 small meals a day. Do NOT skip any meals
2. No bread, potatoes, candy
3. Eat meat, chicken, turkey, cheese, eggs and green vegetables. Stay away from potatoes in all forms and stay away from corn.
4. You can eat raw fruits for dessert or snacks. No canned fruit or fruit with sugar added.
This is only a temporary measure. You can do the muscles and nerves in your body harm if you leave this untreated - so see the doctor as soon as you can.
