how common is a heart attack

How common is it to still have a heart attack if you have high blood pressure, do not smoke, drink in moderation and have arteries that are clogged 30 to 40 percent.
Also are taking 2 blood pressure medications: hctz and atenolol?? can you still get an enlarged heart of 575 taking medications??
