I'm 38yrs. old, very active, 5'8--152#. I run and lift weights at least 4 times per week. Over the last week, I've had a pain in my chest that comes and goes. It's over the center of my chest and would seem to be more on my right/lung side. When I breathe in all the way, I feel a tightness that goes up towards my clavical. When I feel this and I bend over, it will go all the way up my neck towards the right ear. As I said, this comes and goes. It's not heartburn, I know. What else could it be, because it doesn't seem to be around my heart?

If the pain is more intense when you inhale, it is most likely pulmonary

Do you take heart rates before and after it happens? Or even during, if not in too much pain

Does this pain coincide with weight lifting, or is it at other times?
