my sister is pregnant with her first child she hasn't got a ob yet so we are not sure how far along she is only know she is in her first trimester yesterday she started spotting so she went to the hospital an they told her she need to stay off of her feet for a couple days later that night her bleeding got heavier so she went to another hospital and they did blood work and a ultria sound on her the doc told her that the baby is at 7weeks but he can't find a heart beat also that her cervix is still thight she hasn't lost any of her amnionic fluid and her hormons are still riseing but she feels like she is having a period is she having a miscarriage or is she just having abnormal bleeding
