Hi

Bowel habits that can cause increased pressure and lead to the development of hemorrhoids such as persistent diarrhea or constipation, inadequate intake of fiber, prolonged sitting on the toilet, and chronic straining to have a bowel movement.

The treatment of hemmorhoids includes local anesthetics like Benzocaine 5% to 20% (Americaine Hemorrhoidal),applying vasoconstrictors like Ephedrine sulfate 0.1% to 1.25%.These make the blood vessels become smaller, which may reduce swelling.Apply protectants like aluminum hydroxide gel, they prevent irritation of the perianal area by forming a physical barrier on the skin.If there is excessive pain then apply menthol 0.1% to 1.0%

Also the cause of hemmorhoid is to be treated.

If these products doesnot help then you need consultation of your doctor for the following procedures:Infrared photocoagulation, laser coagulation, hemorrhoidectomy(surgical removal of hemorrhoids).
