I've had the worst case of hemmorroids theses past 4 days. I've used Preparation H (cream and gel). Tucks pads and I've taken warm baths. Nothing seems to be helping and it is very painful - no bleeding though. What should I do next or what product should I be using?

Ok.

If home care treatment is not helping you,than Surgical need is there.External piles mass has to be examined by Surgeon.If required surgery has to be done.

The surgeon might inject the hemorrhoids with a medicine to shrink them or place small rubber bands around the hemorrhoids to cut off the blood supply so they will die.

It may be possible that you have Prolapsed piles.Clinically it has to be evaluated and make pinpoint diagnosis.

As you are now having severe pains ,you can go for Painkiller medications-Motrin 200 mg twice a day.

But there is need for surgeon consultation.
