Sometimes when i poop my but bleeds. Is that normal?

No, this is not normal. It could be that you have hemorrhoids and the extra pressure on the blood vessels when you are bearing down is causing them to bleed. Other causes could be a tear in the rectum or anus. This may require a doctor visit. Ulcerations from inserting "toys" into the rectum could cause bleeding. If the blood is very red / bright, then it is from low in the intestinal tract. If the blood is very dark and "old looking" then it could be from higher up such as in the colon or the stomach. You should be seen by your primary doc so that a proper diagnosis can be given and then treatment can be startefd if needed. If you find that you are frequently constipated, try increasing the fluid intake, eat more fruits and veggies, and take fiber or a stool softener.
